On October 14, 2013, Mayinglong Coloproctological Hospital of Xi’an held the TCM Information System Optimization Program Meeting. Shanxi Digital Certification Authority Co., Ltd. (CA), ZLSOFT, the IT department of Mayinglong group and Mayinglong Academy were invited to attend the meeting.
The meeting discussed the feasibility of applying for research project support from Provincial Administration of TCM and the State Administration of TCM for “Second Class Chinese Medicine Hospital Informatization Optimization Program Based on TCM Electronic Medical Records and Electronic Signatures”, and made clear the important medical significance and social influence of developing TCM electronic medical records and establishing mobile electronic signature system.
